Husband. Father. Believer.
I'm Alex J. Solanke — a founder, entrepreneur, writer and creator. I understand what it means to have more ideas than time.
I'm a husband and father of three as well as a business owner. I know what it is like to balance clients, projects, opportunities and new ideas with the responsibilities that exist when the laptop closes.
My work is built around a very simple idea: You talk. I build.
Your thinking may be more valuable than you realise.
When you're building a business, there is rarely a shortage of things you could be doing.
There are ideas you want to develop. Things you want to write. Products you could create. Knowledge you could package. A personal brand you know you should build. Perhaps even a book you've been thinking about for years.
The problem is finding the time to turn those thoughts into something real.
Because while all of that is happening, you still have a business to run.
And outside the business, you have a life.
I understand that particularly well. I'm a husband and father of three as well as a business owner. I know what it is like to balance clients, projects, opportunities and new ideas with the responsibilities that exist when the laptop closes.
That is one reason my work is built around a very simple idea: You talk. I build.
I've been writing for more than 20 years.
That started with articles, blogs and content, including helping other people put their ideas into words. Over time, however, I became much more interested in what sits behind the writing.
The thinking.
When I work with a founder, entrepreneur or experienced professional, I'm looking for the ideas that have emerged from years of actually doing the work.
Your way of solving a problem.
The framework you use without thinking about it.
The process you developed because the conventional approach didn't work.
The opinion you hold that other people in your industry may disagree with.
The lessons you learned through experience rather than from a textbook.
Those things can become far more than another LinkedIn post.
They can become frameworks, methodologies, content, products, workshops, books and intellectual property — assets that continue creating value beyond the original conversation.
Part of my work is helping you recognise those ideas, extract them and decide what they could become.
I think this is where my perspective becomes different.
I understand the world of the founder.
Strategy. Clients. Revenue. Decisions. Limited time. Competing priorities. Building something that has commercial value.
But I also operate in the world of the creator.
Content. Audiences. Digital products. Platforms. Distribution. Testing ideas. Building systems. Learning what people respond to and turning attention into something useful.
I don't believe these should be separate worlds anymore.
Founders increasingly need the skills of creators: the ability to communicate ideas, build an audience, demonstrate authority and turn knowledge into assets.
Creators increasingly need the thinking of founders: positioning, systems, intellectual property, products and sustainable business models.
My work sits at the intersection of the two.
That distinction matters.
A busy founder does not necessarily need another person telling them to "create more content."
You may not need another 20 things added to your weekly schedule.
You may simply need someone capable of listening carefully enough to recognise the value in what you already know.
That is how I prefer to work.
We talk. I ask questions. We uncover the ideas, experiences, systems and perspectives that are uniquely yours. Then we work out what they should become.
Sometimes that might be content that establishes your authority.
Sometimes it is a framework or methodology that clarifies your intellectual property.
Sometimes it becomes a digital product.
Sometimes it becomes a book.
And sometimes one conversation reveals an entirely different business opportunity.
The format can change. The principle doesn't:
Your experience contains assets. My job is to help you find them, shape them and put them to work.
That is what I mean when I say: You talk. I build.
Practical tools, templates and digital products for founders, creators, professionals and parents.
Some products are available on Gumroad, some on Etsy, and later some will be bundled inside my own shop. I use different platforms so you can buy in the way that feels easiest.
Active ventures and experiments I'm finding, building and testing. No hype — just what's actually in progress.

Testing real ideas.
TikTok Shop has become a real and growing area of expertise — troubleshooting, creator education, affiliate activity and paid audits. I've built this through direct experience with the platform and created resources to help other creators and sellers navigate it.
A publishing and product project built around family life. The idea is simple: create useful, beautifully designed journals, planners and printables for families — things that actually get used rather than sit on a shelf.
I actively find, build and test digital business ideas and small ventures. This isn't generic "side hustle" content — these are real things I'm building, testing, and learning from. Some will grow. Some will teach me something useful.
